Our client was looking for a drum that would project at club volumes without being harsh and tinny and this beautiful combination of Pau Ferro and Cocobolo was the result.

An extremely dense and fine grained timber, Pau Ferro has a bright tone with pleasant mids, and makes for an extremely tough hoop as well. Visually, the firey figure of the Cocobolo makes for an interesting contrast with the darker tones of the Pau Ferro.
