Hardwood Hoops from the Stanbridge Drum Company are widely regarded as the best wood hoops in the world, and are only available on our own series of Custom Snare Drums. Considering our Hardwood Hoops are lathe turned from solid Domestic and Exotic Hardwoods and finger-jointed for incredible strength, durability and beauty, it is no wonder that they are so sought after.

If you have never played a drum with a wood hoop before, you will be amazed at the improvement it will lend your sound. Rimshots become huge and woody, and cross sticks take on a much more musical, more organic quality.
